Missing teen's body recovered
Updated | By ECR Newswatch
Recovery teams have found the body of a missing teenage boy, who drowned while swimming at a North Coast beach, two days before Christmas.

The 14-year-old had gone with friends, apparently to a non-swimming zone, and was swept out to sea by strong currents at Zinkwazi Beach.
Authorities teamed up with local residents to try and find the child.
IPSS Medical Rescue's Paul Herbst says the boy's family identified his body.
Lifeguards doing a routine beach patrol, recovered the body of the deceased about a kilometre away from where he went swimming," Herbst says,"The family was at Zinkwazi at the time. They went to identify the body where we retrieved it and it was handed over to the local police to go for an autopsy".
