Missing Pinetown man found dead

A missing Pinetown man has been found dead in an abandoned house.

Fifty-two-year-old Dhanpall Rajcoomar was last seen last seen two days ago while driving a truck making deliveries.
The truck was found abandoned in Welbedacht in Chatsworth yesterday.
A search team including the K-9 Unit started looking for Rajcoomar.
His body was discovered in a house in Bellair this morning. His hands and feet had been bound.
Members of SA Community Crime Watch were in the search party.

The group's Dawn Gounden says it was heartbreaking. "It's a very horrible feeling because the uncle is a cancer patient, he didn't have his medication. It was really sad," she said.
"We were proactive in the search."
"We searched together with the community, upon the vehicle being located we continued to search in the area and this morning we received information that his body was found," she added.
Police are now investigating a murder case.
