Missing Newlands East pupil found dead
The community of Newlands East in Durban is in shock after a Grade 10 pupil was murdered in KwaMashu after going missing.
Police say Renardo Naidu from Hillview Secondary School was stabbed, shot at, and then left lying on Dumisane Makhaye Road on Sunday.
Family friend, Joanne Ryan says his body was found in a Phoenix mortuary on Tuesday.
She says she can't understand who would want to harm him.

"He was a soft-spoken learner who always respected other and he minded his own business.
"I was shocked I could not believe this had happened, my question was why him. I was baffled, I then made contact with the family to offer support in any way. last night we had a candle vigil in memory of Renardo."
KwaMashu police are investigating a case of murder.
