Missing Durban teen found after three week search

She had been missing for three weeks.

The teen disappeared last month from her home in Curlew Crescent, Yellowwood Park.

Police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbele says Phungula returned to her home on Wednesday.

"The girl was found, in fact, she went to her sister's place yesterday after she has been reported missing. When she was interviewed, she does not tell where she was," says Mbele.

Mbele says ongoing investigations to determine the girl's exact whereabouts will continue.
