President Cyril Ramaphosa has officially signed off on his performance agreements with each one of his cabinet ministers.
The signing comes 10 months after Ramaphosa made the announcement at the State of the Nation Address in February.

The president's office issued a statement on Tuesday, saying documents will be made public so that the people of South Africa can hold those who they elected into office to account.
"As stated in the State of the Nation Address on 13 February 2020, President Cyril Ramaphosa has signed performance agreements with all ministers to strengthen the capacity of the state and increase accountability,
"These agreements are based on the targets contained in the Medium-Term Strategic Framework.”
Almost all ministers are required to reduced unemployment and contribute to the GDP by a certain percentage, with the exception of a few.
All ministers are required to reduce unemployment by 20-24%, to ensure 2 million new jobs are created, that the economy grows by 2-3% and there is an investment of 23% of GDP.
The Department of Basic Education is also required to ensure it migrates early childhood development (ECD) to the department and improve and implement reading plans for kids.
Meanwhile, Defence and Military Veterans Minister Nosivwe Maphisa Ngqakula has agreed to improve the socio-economic status of military veterans.
There is, however, very little on consequence management should any of the ministers not fulfil their respective mandates.
