Mhlathuze Water to take action against CEO, CFO

Mhlathuze Water's Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer are going to have to answer to allegations of financial misconduct and maladministration.
The utility's board says it's taking disciplinary action against Mthokozisi Duze and Babongile Mnyandu.
It launched an investigation in December after a whistleblower came forward.
Duze and Mnyandu have been on suspension since.

The board says the investigation has found the pair flouted aspects of the Public Finance Management Act.
It's recommended an independent disciplinary process which the board says will get underway in the coming weeks.
