Memorial for slain Mkhambathini councillor, Kwazi Mkhize
Family, friends and loved ones of Kwazi Mkhize will celebrate his life today.
A memorial service will be held for the murdered Mkhambathini Municipal councillor.
The 34-year-old was gunned down outside the Nkannyezi Community Hall near Camperdown after meeting with residents last week.
Today's services takes place at the same hall. Kwenza Mkhize has described his brother as a caring man.

"Kwazi was a son and father. He was everything at home. He was a councillor within the community - he was dedicated to his work. It's a great loss to us. I cannot describe the way we feel," he said.
Mkhize will be buried on Saturday.
The police's Jay Naicker says the task team investigating political killings in the province is working tirelessly to try and track down those responsible.
"Those that have information that could be of assistance to detectives are requested to please come forward and co-operate with investigators. We are taking the attack on public representatives in the province very seriously and will do everything in our control to bring the perpetrators to book," he said.
