Meeting after Congolese man shot dead in Durban
Updated | By Chanelle Lutchman
A meeting is expected to take place at this hour among members of the foreign national community following the shooting of a Congolese man by police in the Durban CBD.

Last night's shooting on Russell Street left many foreign nationals outraged who claim this is the second foreigner to be killed by police in as many months.
Daniel Dunia says they hope to decide on a way forward.
According to Dunia, three police officers approached the deceased demanding to see his papers. He asked someone to collect those on his behalf. An altercation reportedly ensued after which he was shot and killed.
In a statement to Newswatch, police say detectives were conducting an investigation into a robbery case when a group of people mobilised and attacked two police officers.
The Independent Police Investigative Directorate's Moses Dlamini has confirmed that it's investigating the incident.
''We have taken over the docket that was opened. There's no time frame, it will depend on evidence and how far and to what extent do we have to go to locate evidence so we can hold whoever is responsible for the death,'' he said.
