Matric pupil hurt in Westville accident
A matric pupil, who was on his way to write an exam this afternoon, has been involved in an horrific accident in Westcliffe.
Netcare 911's Chris Botha says the crash occurred on the M13 in Dawncliff.
"A young man was travelling to school to write matric exams when his vehicle overturned several times. The young man had sustained a very critical injuries.
"Paramedics had to stabilise him at the scene and transport him through to a specialised hospital for care," he said.
The cause of the crash is being investigated.
