Matie 'reluctant' in pursing charges against urinating student - Father
Updated | By Algoa FM
The father of the Stellenbosch University student whose belongings were urinated on by another student has spoken out against the incident.
Babalo Ndwayana filmed Theuns du Toit relieving himself on his books and laptop on Sunday morning at their residence, Huis Marais.
Du Toit has been suspended by the university and removed from the res.
Ndwayana's father, Mkuseli Kaduka took to Facebook following after the video went viral, naming and shaming Du Toit and condemning his behaviour.
Kaduka, who is from East London, says while he's yet to hear from the university, the residence manager of Huis Marais has been in contact with him.

He says they want the student to be expelled from the university.
"As things stand now we are pushing for criminal charges to be laid against the other boy, but my son is kind of reluctant in pursuing."
Stellenbosch University has launched an investigation. It says it will provide Ndwayana with a laptop to prepare for his upcoming exams.
Meanwhile, a petition calling for Du Toit's expulsion has racked up nearly 35 000 signatures.
