Mashego-Dlamini heads to cotton farming community in Jozini
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The Deputy Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform says providing ongoing visible support to rural communities is as important as identifying those who need assistance.

Candith Mashego-Dlamini is today in Jozini as part of government's Imbizo Focus Week.
She is making a return visit to Makhathini - which three years ago - was identified as having great potential for cotton farming.
An investment of R30 million was then made by government.
Mashego-Dlamini says the Jozini community continues to expand the cotton farming sector there - with nearly 1 600 farmers working the land.
She says her visit is also an opportunity to get a sense of what issues continue to trouble communities.
