Man's body recovered from Umhlanga beach

A body has been found floating in the water at the main beach in Umhlanga.
Police divers recovered the body of a man this morning.
A fisherman spotted it floating just before the shark nets and alerted lifeguards.
Police spokesperson, Thulani Zwane says the body appears to have been partially eaten by sharks.

Zwane says officers are waiting for the post-mortem results to determine the cause of death.
The man is also yet to be identified. An inquest docket is being investigated by police.
