KwaZulu-Natal police are on the hunt for four gunmen linked to the hijacking and murder of a taxi driver in Pietermaritzburg on Saturday night.

The suspects who had been travelling in the taxi climbed out of the vehicle on Edendale Road.
Police say they then allegedly opened fire on the driver and conductor.
Spokesperson Shooz Magudulela says the conductor was taken to hospital for treatment.
He says the suspects fled the scene in the taxi.
The driver's girlfriend who was still in the vehicle has since been found.
''Police have opened a case of murder and a case of hijacking, as the taxi was stolen. The driver's girlfriend later identified the victim who was found dead in bushes after being dumped there by the suspects. No arrests have been made and police investigation continue,'' he said.
