Man tells Moerane Commission of events leading to brother's death
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
A Durban man has told a commission of inquiry probing political violence in KZN that his brother was murdered because of his political affiliation.

Sizwe Gwala has been testifying before the Moerane Commission of Inquiry today.
Gwala believes his brother, Mthunzi, was killed because he left the IFP to join the NFP.
Gwala says on the day of the murder five years ago, he had planned to join his brother and a friend at a local tavern.
"On our way, it was the three of us and we could not agree on something. I then decided to go back and they proceeded. I went back to the house to get some sleep and they proceeded with their journey, afterwards I was woken up and told that my brother was dead," he said.
