The tale of a man who surprised his best friend and offered to become an organ donor has received a massive following.
After American youth pastor Graham McMillan found out he was a perfect match with his close friend - Danny Kolzow - for a kidney transplant, he did not hesitate to share the news.
The need for a transplant became urgent after the health condition of Kolzow - who suffers from a genetic kidney disease - worsened.
