Man posing as tax consultant wanted by Hawks
Updated | By Newswatch
A 37-year-old man is wanted by police for alleged theft and fraud.

The Hawks in KwaZulu-Natal are trying to track down Brendan Mark Pillay, who they say masqueraded as a tax consultant.
They say a businessman hired him in April 2015 and put him in charge of the tax affairs of his business.
The businessman then received a letter from SARS saying he owed R70 million.
Police say Pillay disappeared instead of resolving the issue.
The businessman opened a case of fraud against him in 2017.
Police are asking anyone who knows Pillay's whereabouts to help with the investigation.
They have released a photo of the suspect.
