A man has fallen to his death in Congella, just outside the Durban CBD.
It's understood the man - thought to be in his twenties - was seen on the roof of a building in an industrial area.
A security guard went up to investigate, but the pair ended-up plunging down about 12 metres.

Netcare 911's Chris Botha says the man died on the scene, while the guard sustained critical injuries.
"They must have slipped and fell, about 12 metres high - landing onto a concrete floor. The security guard, however, was in a very critical condition. Paramedics worked on him at the scene, and stabilised him, and then transported him to a nearby hospital," she said.
Police are investigating.
