Man killed in suspected Ladysmith hit-and-run
A man in his 30s has died following a suspected hit-and-run incident in Ladysmith.
No eye witnesses are reported to have come forward to shed light into the incident, but police investigations are expected to get to the bottom of the circumstances last night.
When ER24 medics arrived they found the man lying motionless on the road. Russel Meiring is with the medical service.
"Medics assessed the man and found he had numerous injuries and was in a critical condition", he said.
"He was treated and rushed to the Ladysmith Provincial Hospital but unfortunately he succumbed to his injuries in hospital", Meiring said.
