KwaZulu-Natal police have arrested a man in connection with what's believed to have been a hit-and-run incident in Tongaat.

Two joggers were killed after they were run over on Saturday.
Police spokesperson Nqobile Gwala says the driver of the car that struck the pair, fled the scene but was arrested after colliding with minibus taxi a short while later.
According to Gwala, he attempted to make a run for it again.
"A case of culpable homicide is being investigated by Tongaat SAPS. Two males aged 55 and 59 were knocked by a vehicle which failed to stop after an accident. A 29-year-old suspect was then placed under arrest for culpable homicide."
He's due to appear in the Verulam Magistrate's Court today.
