Man found hanging after being electrocuted in Chatsworth

An inquest docket has been opened after a man was electrocuted and found hanging from a tree in Chatsworth, south of Durban.
The discovery was made by a passer-by at the Silverglen Nature Reserve earlier today.
Police believe the man had been cutting wood from the tree.
Amawele Emergency Service responded to the scene.

Spokesperson, Sivan Subramodey says: "Upon arrival on the scene we found a man believed to be 20 to 25 years hanging upside down from a tree and he was wrapped around a barbwire. He was declared dead on the scene."
