Man critical after PMB head-on crash
A man is fighting for his life in hospital following a head-on collision in Pietermaritzburg this afternoon.
Emergency services say two vehicles collided on the Old Greytown Road.
The exact cause of the accident is still unknown.
Netcare 911 says paramedics found the man trapped in the wreckage when they arrived at the scene.
The occupants of the second vehicle sustained minor injuries.
The man was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is receiving treatment.
