Man in court after 6 decomposing bodies found in Joburg building

A 21-year-old man is expected to make his first appearance at the Johannesburg Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday.

It's in connection with the murder of six women.
Police are investigating reports that the victims were sex workers.

National police spokesperson Brenda Muridili says the first body was found inside a room in a building in the Johannesburg CBD, and the other five outside near dumpsters.
"They will be subjected to forensic analysis for identification.
"The suspect will be charged with six counts of murder and the provincial murder and robbery unit is investigating."
