Man accused of double murder due in Ntuzuma court
A man accused of murdering his girlfriend and her sister will appear in the Ntuzuma Magistrate's court today.
He was arrested last week in Newlands - four months after they were killed. He was also found in possession of an unlicensed firearm and ammunition.
The police's Thulani Zwane says the women were shot - apparently after an argument between the suspect and his girlfriend in October.
"The members of the Ntuzuma detectives team traced him to the Newlands area where he was hiding. They also recovered a 9mm pistol suspected to be used in the killing of two victims," he says.

The suspect will be facing two counts of murder.
