Malema made the allegation during an EFF press conference at the party's offices in Johannesburg.

He's accused Gigaba of facilitating corruption.

Malema says billions have been stolen through tenders at state-owned enterprises.

He says they will be pursuing criminal cases against Gigaba and some of the companies that have in recent months been reported to have links to the Guptas.

"We are going to open criminal charges against Malusi Gigaba who is a facilitator of corruption particularly in the state-owned enterprises. We are going to open cases agaisnt Regiments and Trillian Capital, particularly Salim Essa and report them to the financial services board. We will open cases against the audit firms.

"The Guptas did not only buy Regiments and Trillian Capital. After doing that, they went to buy the auditing firms so that they can okay the transactions. We are getting the names of the firms and report them to the Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors," he said.

He also says they will prove that President Jacob Zuma knows about the home in Dubai allegedly bought for him by the Gupta family.

"When I said Zuma went to Dubai on an unofficial trip to visit a factory of manufacturing of weapons - he did not only do that - he also visited the house," he said.

There have been reports on the so-called Gupta e-mails alleging the family has purchased a R330 million mansion in Dubai for Zuma.

The Presidency has denied the claims.

Malema says they are working to get proof that Zuma has been to the Dubai home.

"The good thing about Dubai is that there are cameras on every street. We are now working on trying to get a camera on the street of the house on that day Zuma went to visit to prove that Zuma visited and is well aware of that house," he said.
