Recording Company Mabala Noise has denied claims by EFF leader Julius Malema that the company is funded by government through tenders.

Chairperson of the company and treasurer general of the ANC Youth League Reggy Nkabinde called a press briefing on Monday to respond to claims of R5 million to sign up the group and perform at ANC political events made my Malema.
"Mabala Noise is not doing business within government, you are all welcome to go to the department of water affairs and ask a report about Mabala Noise. We are not even intending to do business with government" he says.
Nkabinde also rubbished claims by Malema about his alleged inappropriate relationship with water and sanitation Minister Nomvula Mokonyane.
"My relationship with mama Nomvula is the relationship of a mother and son. Mama Nomvula and Serge Mokonyane are my parents and my political mentors and I continue to thank them for raising a gallant politician like myself" he says.
Nkabinde also accused the four women who staged a silent protest during the President's speech at the Election results announcement on Saturday of being planted.
