LISTEN: Officer recalls rescue of nine-year-old in KZN hijacking

One of the people who gave chase after a vehicle was hijacked in the Berg has spoken out about the ordeal.

A family was hijacked near Giant's Castle yesterday. The parents and one child managed to escape but their nine-year-old son was still in the car when the hijackers sped off towards Ladysmith.
Okhohlamba Law Enforcement officer, Freddie Halgreen says a team of five vehicles - including local farmers - worked together to track the vehicle eventually stopping the suspects near the Loskop turn-off.
