LISTEN: Motorists react to July fuel price drop
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
While consumers will welcome Wednesday's fuel price drop, there are concerns among motorists the relief at the pumps will be short-lived.
The Energy Department announced at the weekend that petrol will decrease by 68 and 69 cents a litre for 95 and 93 octane respectively.
Diesel will be 60-cents cheaper. This adjustment is due to a recent drop in the price of crude oil to around $45 a barrel.
These motorists say the relief at the pumps is much-needed.
