LISTEN: Gugu Zulu's body to arrive in SA tomorrow

Zulu died on Monday while trying to summit Mount Kilimanjaro on a Trek4Mandela expedition.

The plane carrying the 40 other climbers touched down at OR Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg last night.

In an emotional address expedition leader, Sibusiso Vilane had many people in tears as he explained the events and the regret he feels for not bringing the entire team early.

The Nelson Mandela foundation's Sello Hatang also struggled to hold back tears as he asked everyone not to point fingers but rather to wait for more details and for the results of the autopsy.

He urged everyone to honour Gugu Zulu by ensuring no female child misses school because she doesnt have access to sanitary towels.
