The Economic Freedom Fighters are starting afresh in KwaZulu-Natal.
A Provincial General Assembly was held in Durban yesterday where party leader, Julius Malema, formally introduced the interim leadership core following the disbandment of all KZN leadership structures and branches.
Malema, announced the KZN disbandment as well as that of the Eastern Cape, shortly after the municipal elections due to the two provinces’ poor election performance.
EFF Deputy President, Floyd Shivambu, led the Eastern Cape general Assembly in East London yesterday and also presented that province’s interim leadership core.
Acting national spokesperson, Fana Mokoena, says they're ready to re-build the party in KZN and the Eastern Cape from the ground up.
