Police spokesperson, Nqobile Gwala says after the boy reported the matter to his mother in 2015 - a case of rape was opened and the 27-year-old uncle arrested.
"It's alleged the boy was with his uncle in their homestead when the victim fell asleep. He was awakened by his uncle, who raped him. He threatened to kill him should he report the matter to anyone," she says.
