Weather experts say KwaZulu-Natal residents should brace themselves for a series of thunderstorms and disruptive rains.

The South African Weather Service has sent out an orange level 5 warning that will remain in place until Friday.
Forecaster Wisani Maluleke says they are expecting more than 50mm of rainfall which could lead to widespread flooding.
He has urged people in the KZN Midlands and the province's northern and southern regions to be on alert.
"There is also a level 9 warning of disruptive rainfall. The areas which will include level 9 are eThekwini, parts of Umgungundlovu, parts of Umkhanyakude, Richard Bay areas and Mandeni."
He says the impact of the level 9 warning will be felt mainly in the province's coastal towns.
"The impact is significant. Action needs to be taken so that people should not find themselves being in danger.
"Some people, if they don't do anything, they might even lose their lives and we might have some bridges and roads affected."
