Learning resumes at troubled Bulwer school
Updated | By Nondumiso Zakwe

The Department of Education says it hopes to get teaching back to normal as soon as possible. Teachers at Leshman High School walked out of their classrooms last week saying they feared for their lives.
This after a fight broke out between two groups of boys.
Education's Muzi Mahlambi says officials have visited the school to deal with the matter. He says teaching resumed yesterday, but without a full complement of staff or pupils.
''We are hopeful that by Thursday learning will be back to normal. We're requesting that community members remain calm and allow the department to deal with the situation.
''We are appealing to all learners to return back to school. We are doing all we can in our power together with local police to bring normality and safety at the school,'' he said.
