Large parts of Tongaat without water
Updated | By Gcinokuhle Malinga
eThekwini Municipality says technicians are on-site to sort
out a water outage affecting large parts of Tongaat, north of Durban.

It says the Emona and Metcalf reservoirs are having trouble pumping water to fill the reservoirs.
As a result, there's an inadequate supply of water in these reservoirs, which has led to service interruptions.
Leaks identified at the Metcalf Reservoir are also being repaired.

Water tankers have been sent to the affected areas.
