'Land should be returned to rightful owners': Malema
Updated | By OFM News
Economic Freedom Fighter leader Julius Malema hastold supporters outside the Bloemfontein Magistrate court , that the Freedom Charter should be upheld, and land in South Africa returned to its rightful owners.

This as his court case today resumed, after a call made by him in 2014 that people should occupy any piece of land they wanted.
Malema is accused of contravening the 1956 Riotous Assemblies Act.
His case today was postponed to July, pending Malema's challenge of the constitutionality of the legislation.
The ruling on the matter will be heard later this month.
Malema told hundreds of EFF supporters in front of the court earlier that land in South Africa should be shared by everyone.
