Ladysmith floods: Families lay loved ones to rest

The families of the victims of the Ladysmith flash floods say they can’t put into words the trauma they’ve been through.
The Msimango and Kubheka families laid several of their loved ones to rest this week.
Seven members including two children of the Msimango family died on Christmas Eve.

The Kubheka's lost their mother and daughters, Dudu and Precious in the disaster.
Speaking on behalf of the Msimango family, Beauty Memela says they never want to go through a tragic event like this again.
"I cannot begin to describe what had happened to our family. I pray this never happens, but I am grateful that we were able to locate those who were missing, so we find closure."
