KZN's leading province in farm murders: Afriforum
KZN has emerged as the leading province in farm murders recorded in 2020.
According to statistics released by AfriForum 2020 saw an increase in farm murders when compared to 2019.
15 farm murders were recorded last year for KZN, compared to six farm murders recorded in 2019.
Meanwhile, the South African Farmers Development Association says the sector is currently faced with a number of issues.

The association's spokesperson Thandokwakhe Sibiya says other than attacks farmers in the Northcoast, for instance, have lost a lot due to recent floods.
"The recent rain that we had in the past three weeks, has caused flooding and about 600 hectares of sugar cane was flattened. So, this is a great loss."
"it's a lot of money somebody has lost in terms of revenue but it's also going to cost more now in terms of taking that land and putting it back in productions because there are chances that it has been damaged," said Sibiya.
