KZN's COVID-19 cases fast approaching 100 000 mark

The latest statement released by the
Ministry of Health show’s 213 new coronavirus related deaths have been recorded
in the country.
The death toll has now increased to 10 621.
3 755 new cases have been registered - pushing the number of confirmed infections so far to 563 598 with 417 200 recoveries.
South Africa’s recovery rate has increased to 74 percent.
KwaZulu-Natal is fast moving towards the 100 000 infections mark.
The province currently has 99 386 cases, 1 420 deaths and over 55 000 recoveries.
Over the past 24-hours, the province recorded 2 419 new cases and 11 COVID-19 related deaths.
