The meeting will take place after drivers block roads and national routes for two days this week.
On Thursday, minibus drivers in Port Shepstone brought traffic to a standstill in the south coast town.
On Friday, trucks and minibuses blocked the N3 and N2 as well as other streets within Durban
Operators claimed that their vehicles are being impounded-and permits take time to be issued.
