KZN newlyweds use wedding to give back to university

In the spirit of giving back, two KZN newly-weds are donating the money for their wedding gifts to a good cause.
James and Toni Rycroft asked their wedding guests to donate the money they would have spent on presents towards settling outstanding fees for Rhodes University students.

The pair said "I do'" two weeks ago in Southbroom.
James, who is a Rhodes Alumni, says they were inspired by a friend who put together a scheme to clear the debt of final year students.

Rhodes University spokesperson, Veliswa Mhlophe has described it as a profound gesture.
