KZN govt opens first bulk-buying store in Mandeni
Updated | By Sandile Zikhali
The KwaZulu-Natal provincial government wants to make it easier and more cost-effective for small businesses and traders to keep their doors open.

Officials opened its first bulk-buying warehouse in Mandeni, outside KwaDukuza yesterday.
The initiative aims to cut out the middle man and allow traders to buy stock for their spaza shops at reduced prices.
MEC for Economic Development, Sihle Zikalala says they want the paperless bulk buying system to be introduced across the province.
"We will continue as we are launching this project. We will be taking it to Durban and to all other areas of KwaZulu-Natal."
