KZN family's search for missing relative comes to tragic end

The family of a KZN man whose body was discovered on a tea estate in Verulam is appealing for swift police action to catch his attackers.

Sagren Kaniappen was reported missing about a week ago.
The 59-year-old was last seen making his way to King Shaka International to pick up a passenger.
Police later found his vehicle in Cato Manor and recovered his body on Wednesday this week.
The family's spokesperson is Dawn Gounden who's with Renegades Search & Rescue.
"Our family has been very distraught during this ordeal but they also overwhelmed by the fact that they had assistance from SAPS search and rescue K9 members."
"They had assistance from the community from search and rescue together with other organizations that took the time to assist in bringing closure."
