KZN Ezemvelo works to reduce impact of drought
Updated | By Zongile Mthimkhulu
KZN Ezemvelo Wildlife says the drought in the province has affected its animals the most.

Hluhluwe Game Reserve's Jabulani Ngubane says the park's rivers and ponds are drying up, severely affecting easy access to water for its game.
Ngubane says until the rains come, they have measures in place to mitigate the impact of the drought.
"We submitted a budget that totals up to R118-million to COGTA. We hope we're going to get that money as a drought relief fund. In terms of our operations, we're making sure we [avoid anything] that's going to have a negative impact relative to the drought," he said.
Meanwhile, eThekwini municipality says water restrictions will continue until the situation is better.
Hazelmere Dam, which mainly supplies areas north of Durban, is currently sitting at 30%.
