KZN Christian Social Services prepares for children's return
Updated | By Nushera Soodyal
KZN Christian Social Services says its preparing for the arrival of nearly 200 children who had been removed from their care at the weekend.

The Pietermaritzburg High Court ruled yesterday that the children must be returned to centres in Ladysmith and Newcastle within 36 hours.
Officials forcibly removed the children - who range in age from one month to 20-years - from three homes following allegations of racism and physical abuse.
The service's CEO, Gerhard Botha says they will co-operate fully with the department's investigations.
He says the children have been through enough already.

Botha believes the allegations stem from a video of an employee filmed in 2017 that has been doing the rounds again. He says the employee faced disciplinary action then - and has since been suspended again.
