"Arts and Culture shows that this is department received R169,35-million over four years and this is for the construction of the archive repository in Pietermaritzburg at a total cost of R300-million. This is long overdue. We've got to a state where the archiving in KwaZulu-Natal is at risk and we have to put money to look after the history and the culture of this province," she said.
