KZN Budget must address easier access to medication: Hospersa

Dhlomo will deliver his budget vote in the Provincial Legislature in Pietermaritzburg this afternoon.

He's also expected to use the occasion to reflect on some of the achievements over the past financial year and unveil new programmes to improve service delivery and the quality of healthcare in KZN.
