KZN ANC's four regions hold elective conferences
Updated | By Lethiwe Mdluli
The ANC in KwaZulu-Natal says it's ready for the four regional elective conferences that begin today.

According to the provincial task team coordinator, Sihle Zikalala, branch general meetings for Emalahleni, the Far North, Musa Dladla and Inkosi Bhambatha regions were successful and met the 70% threshold that they required to convene their regional conferences.
"This is a continuation of a programme which we have entered into in preparation of original conferences and the provincial conference.
"We had a very successful conference in KwaDukuza last week. All of these regional conferences will start today and will finish on Sunday," Zikalala said.

Zikalala says the conferences will not only be focusing on electing new leaders but also on unity and cohesion.
