KZN ANC speaks out against voter bussing
Updated | By Khatija Nxedlana
The African National Congress says it will be approaching the Independent Electoral Commission to put an end to the bussing in of voters from one ward to another during elections.

The comments follow yesterday's by-elections in Hluhluwe, Utrecht and Ulundi.
The party snatched Ward 8 in the Umlalazi Municipality from Inkatha Freedom Party. It has also retained Ward 2 in the Emadlangeni Municipality.
Addressing the media in Durban earlier today, Provincial Secretary Zikalala claimed people were bussed in from areas such as Hlabisa into Hluhluwe yesterday.
"We'll argue strongly with the IEC that people who registered in Ward 3 of Hluhluwe should not be allowed to return back to their ward come local government elections. We want to put an end to this challenge of bussing," he said.
