KZN ANC on course to meet BGM deadline
Updated | By Steve Bhengu
The ANC in KZN says it's confident that all its branches will meet Sunday's deadline, to wrap up their general meetings.
Party members will discuss who they want to see lead the ANC after December's National Elective Conference.
At least 170 branches are expected to hold their meetings between today and Sunday.

Spokesperson Mdumiseni Ntuli says the branch general meetings will also determine who, among the KZN party members, will attend the elective conference.
"I think that when we prepared for the 2017 national conference, we also experienced the same kind of challenges in some areas for branches to conduct successful meetings. This is what usually happens," he says.
