35-year-old Ashveer Sukwa was stabbed to death and his elderly father, Rajesh, seriously hurt by robbers who broke into and ransacked their fruit and vegetable shop on Saturday.
They ran their business from their Fairbreeze home.
Two suspects including an employee have since been arrested in Ndwedwe.
