There is a search for an eight-year-old girl who was
kidnapped outside her school in KwaDukuza on Wednesday.
Police say Amahle Mthimkhulu, was waiting for her transport home outside Dawnview Primary School, when a woman snatched her.
Amahle's grandmother, Mafikile Mzimela last saw her grandchild when she was going to school.

She explains what the Grade 3 pupil was wearing at the time.
"She was wearing a black tracksuit and a white vest. In the morning, she was wearing a top of the tracksuit, but when the time goes on, I think she removed the top of the tracksuit and put it in her bag."
"I am worried so much. I am waiting for her to come home," says Mzimela.
Mzimela has pleaded to the kidnapper to return her grandchild.
"I would like to tell her to please bring back my grandchild, because she is the only one I am living for. We are missing her so much," she said.
A case of kidnapping was opened at the KwaDukuza police station.
KZN police spokesperson, Thembeka Mbele says they do not have a description of the kidnapper at the moment.
"It's alleged that yesterday (Wednesday), just after 3pm, an eight-year-old girl was with other children in KwaDukuza when she was kidnapped by an unknown woman."
"The police are investigating a kidnapping case, and the child has not been found to our knowledge," Mbele said.
